Our Process

At ASR Property Investment, we make it a very simple process for investors.

As a property specialist, our clients all use property acquisition as an investment vehicle. Every property development we work with must stack up against our strict property criteria.

The properties we work with are primarily new, freestanding brick and tile houses in areas which we believe have good potential for growth.

1. Contact Us
Call us and speak to one of our property investment consultants or register with us on our website to start receiving our property news. Alternatively, come and meet with us for an obligation free, one-on-one consultation to disucss your situation and financial objectives.

2. Plan/Strategy
Our property investment consultants are experts in planning the best strategy to help you achieve your investment goals. They will work with you to understand your situation so that they can recommend the right properties to help you towards achieveing your financial objectives.

3. Finance
If you do not have an existing relationship with a mortgage broker then we will introduce you to one of our partners who will be able to qualify your situation and recommend a suitable mortgage product.

4. Property
Our consultants will liaise with developers for exclusive properties and will provide information on these developments and organise viewings of suitable properties. At this time the necessary due diligence will be presented to enable you to choose the right property that suits your investment criteria. They will also help you through each step of the purchase process, all the way through to completion.

5. Deposit
When you have found a suitable property, your property investment consultant will issue the necessary paperwork so the property can be reserved in your name. In some cases, a deposit may be required which would form part of the purchase price. This is not an additional cost, it shows the developer that you are committed to purchasing the property.

6. Purchase
We will take care of as much of the process as you would like. Most clients prefer to take advantage of the discounted rates that have been pre-negotiated exclusively for ASR clients. Therefore, we will guide you through the process of helping you instruct your solicitor, ensure the mortgage application is progressing and work with our partners to introduce you to an independent letting agent to make sure a tenant is lined up and your investment property is ready for completion.

7. Completion
You now own the property. We are always here to help you on your way to securing additional investment properties to build on your property portfolio into the future.
